1. The service

The Local Findability Audit reviews one business and one location using public website, business-profile, review, structured-data, and enquiry-path evidence. The standard deliverable is a scored findings report and prioritized repair order.

The optional Repair Pack is a separate implementation scope. Website, profile, account, or publishing access is never implied by purchasing an audit and must be authorized separately in writing.

2. When an order begins

An order is accepted only after payment has cleared and the required credential-free intake is complete. The stated delivery period begins at that point—not at checkout, authorization, a pending payment, or an incomplete submission.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate authority, website, service, location, and contact information. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents, customer lists, or private analytics. If additional access becomes useful, it will be requested and authorized through a separate, limited process.

4. Evidence and outcomes

Findings describe evidence visible during the review. Search results, map visibility, rankings, traffic, enquiries, and revenue depend on third parties and changing market conditions. No particular ranking, placement, lead volume, or commercial outcome is promised.

5. Price, tax, and payment

The checkout must display the total price, seller, applicable tax treatment, and payment-provider terms before payment.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The refund policy forms part of these terms.

7. Changes and contact

The terms shown at checkout apply to that order. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to an accepted order without agreement. Questions and complaints may be sent through the published contact details.
